During your appointment you will always have a consultation with the doctor first.  Once you decide together on the treatment plan your doctor will inject the filler with a small needle or canula.  This usually takes 5-10 minutes. With anaesthetic in the filler itself, the treatment is hardly painful. The effect of dermal fillers usually remains visible for 6 - 12 months or longer.
